How does scheduling work?
CasaShared works on a proprietary algorithm in which co-owners each receive a fair and equal opportunity to qualify for priority rental dates. Bookings are made in a minimum of one-week blocks.
The CasaShared algorithm uses factors that include:
- Holiday bookings
- Rainy season vs. peak season stays
- Duration of stays
